LVP gives you the look of hardwood, while LVT is designed to mimic tile or stone. Both are durable, low-maintenance, moisture-resistant options that work well in basements, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.

Quality matters. The wear layer, core, and overall construction all affect how well the floor holds up to traffic, pets, moisture, and everyday use. Just as important is the prep underneath it. A flat, solid subfloor helps prevent movement, gaps, and premature wear.

We handle floor prep, installation, transitions, stairs, trim, and finishing for a clean, long-lasting result.

We use Schluter waterproofing systems to protect showers and tub surrounds before tile is installed. Proper waterproofing at the walls, seams, corners, niches, benches, penetrations, pans, and drains is what helps prevent moisture damage and gives the finished tile work a solid foundation.

Waterproofing-only service is also available. If you already have a tile installer or plan to install the tile yourself, Monarch can be contracted to complete the Schluter waterproofing and leave the area ready for tile.

We install Schluter DITRA-HEAT systems to add electric floor warming while also providing an uncoupling layer beneath tile. When properly sealed with Schluter waterproofing components, the system can also help protect the subfloor from moisture in bathrooms and other tiled areas.

We can handle the floor prep, DITRA-HEAT membrane, heating cable, waterproofing seams and transitions, leaving the floor ready for tile installation.

Heated-floor and waterproofing-only service is also available if you already have a tile installer or plan to install the tile yourself.

We build curbless and low-threshold showers with linear drain options for a cleaner look, easier entry, and improved accessibility. Linear drains can allow the shower floor to slope in one direction, making them a great fit for large-format tile and barrier-free designs.

We handle the recessed shower floor, proper slope, waterproofing, drainage, transitions, and grab-bar blocking needed to build the system correctly from the structure up.

ADA-compliant and accessibility-focused layouts are available where applicable, including wider entries, curbless access, seating, grab bars, and fixture placement designed around the needs of the homeowner.

When a water line or drain failure causes water damage, we can handle the process from the initial repair through the rebuild. We can locate and correct the source, remove damaged materials, set up air movers and dehumidifiers, monitor moisture levels, document the drying process, and address mold-affected materials within our scope.
We also handle tear-out and reconstruction, working closely with your insurance company and providing photos, moisture readings, damage documentation, and repair records to help support the claim from the initial loss through the final rebuild.
