Step 1 – The Call 📞
When you reach out to us through Facebook, text, or phone, we move quickly. If our schedule permits, we’ll be on-site the same day for your estimate. If not, we’ll arrange the next best time that fits your needs. The same team that arrives to estimate your home renovation is the one that will perform the work. You’re not meeting a salesman who disappears after you sign a contract; you’re meeting the crew responsible for your project from start to finish.
Step 2 – The On-Site Estimate 📋
Upon arrival, we come equipped with our three-page contract packet. The most critical item in this packet is on page two — your Lifetime Limited Craftsmanship Warranty authentication. This is our commitment that we stand behind every project we undertake. Before we leave, you will have all your numbers clearly laid out. We don’t say we’ll get back to you next week; you’ll know the cost of your project before we even pull out of the driveway.
Step 3 – Signing & Scope Walkthrough 🧾
Once you're ready to proceed, we sign the contract right there and then, walking through the entire project with you, wall to wall, discussing every detail. We build the full scope of your home renovation together on-site, ensuring there are no surprises later. If any factors could impact the project or change the timeline, we address them right away. By the time we leave, both parties will have a clear understanding of the plan and what’s included.
Step 4 – Project Start & Daily Progress 🛠️
We typically begin work between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m., continuing until 5:00 or 6:00 p.m., depending on the day. From day one, you’re part of the process. You’ll be connected to our online project management app where you can view updates, progress photos, schedules, and documents in one convenient place. We check in every morning before we start and document every step with photos from beginning to end.
During the project, we meticulously follow every manufacturer’s booklet that accompanies the products we install, adhering exactly to their guidelines. Each key step highlighted by the manufacturer is documented with photos, protecting both you and us for warranty purposes. If anything were to fail in the future, we can demonstrate that the installation met all manufacturer requirements for every component. This commitment to accountability is why our work endures through the years.
At the close of each day, we walk through the project with you, review progress, and discuss what’s next. If we encounter any unexpected issues or need to adjust the schedule, you’ll be informed immediately. Additionally, we provide advance notice before shutting off any water, power, or access that may affect your daily routine. Communication and documentation are pivotal for us, and we take them seriously.
Step 5 – Completion & Follow-Up 🏁
When the project concludes, we conduct a thorough walkthrough with you, ensuring every detail is exactly right. We also do something special for every client as a token of appreciation for trusting us with your home. You’ll receive a Monarch-branded folder containing a signed copy of your Lifetime Limited Craftsmanship Warranty, all product manuals, warranty cards, model and serial numbers, and your final paperwork — everything organized in one easy-to-access place.
But our service doesn’t end there. We follow up at 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days after project completion, and again at the one-year mark. Most of our clients stay in touch well before that, but we still make it a priority to check in. We don’t just want the project to look great on completion day; our goal is for it to perform perfectly long after.
