Step 1 – The Call 📞
When you reach out to us through Facebook, text, or phone, we move quick. If our schedule allows, we’ll get on site the same day for your estimate. If not, we’ll schedule the next best time that works for you. The same people who come out to estimate your job are the same people who actually do the work. You’re not meeting a salesman who disappears after you sign a contract. You’re meeting the crew that’s going to be in your home from start to finish.
Step 2 – The On-Site Estimate 📋
When we arrive, we come prepared with our five page contract packet. The most important thing in there is on page two — your Lifetime Limited Craftsmanship Warranty authentication. That’s our written promise that we stand behind every single project we touch. Before we leave, you’ll have your numbers in hand. We don’t say we’ll get back to you next week. You’ll know exactly what your project costs before we even pull out of the driveway.
Step 3 – Signing & Scope Walkthrough 🧾
Once you’re ready to move forward, we sign the contract right there and then walk the entire project with you, wall to wall, going over every detail. We build the full scope with you on site so there are no surprises later. If there’s anything that could affect the project or change the timeline, we address it immediately. By the time we leave, both sides are completely clear on what’s happening and what’s included.
Step 4 – Project Start & Daily Progress 🛠️
We typically start between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. and work through 5:00 or 6:00 p.m., depending on the day. From day one, you’re part of the process. You’ll be added to our online project app where you can see updates, progress photos, schedules, and documents all in one place. We touch base every morning before we start and document every step with photos from start to finish.
During the project, we thoroughly read every manufacturer booklet that comes with every product we install and follow those directions exactly as written. Every key step that a manufacturer calls out, we document with photos. This protects both you and us for warranty purposes. If anything ever fails down the road, we can prove that the installation met every single manufacturer requirement for every component. That’s accountability, and it’s why our work stands up years later.
At the end of each day, we walk through the project with you, review progress, and talk about what’s coming next. If we find anything unexpected or have to adjust the schedule, you’ll know right away. We also give advance notice before shutting off any water, power, or access that might affect your daily routine. Communication and documentation are huge for us, and we take them seriously.
Step 5 – Completion & Follow-Up 🏁
When the project’s done, we do a full walkthrough with you, checking every last detail to make sure it’s exactly right. We also like to do something special for every client as a thank-you for trusting us with your home. You’ll receive a Monarch-branded folder that includes a signed copy of your Lifetime Limited Craftsmanship Warranty, every product manual, warranty card, model and serial number, and all your final paperwork. Everything you’ll ever need for this project is organized in one place.
It doesn’t stop there. We follow up at 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days after completion, and again at the one-year mark. Most of our clients stay in touch well before that, but we still make it a point to check in. We don’t just want the project to look good the day we finish. We want it to perform perfectly long after.
That’s what sets Monarch apart. From the first call to the last walkthrough, we focus on communication, documentation, and craftsmanship that truly lasts a lifetime.
We care about your experience because we know how much trust it takes to let someone into your home.
Anyone can swing a hammer, but few take pride in every single detail.
That’s what makes Monarch different.
